I am Andrew J. Witherell,  though most call me ‘Andy’. I graduated from Archmere Academy,  the University of Delaware, and the Widener University School of Law. I have 27 years of experience in the criminal defense arena either in private practice or with the Office of Defense Services.  I handle all criminal related matters throughout the State of Delaware and in the U.S. District Court. My goal is to provide honest and sound legal advice to a client to enable them to make the best decision possible for the resolution of their particular situation.
